ABOUT

Matthew Chao is a New York-based filmmaker and co-founder of the production company Accidental Pictures. Having spent almost a decade working in the film and television industry, he has produced content for award-winning news programs, scripted series and short-form sketches. Today he continues pursuing his passion of seeking out and telling compelling and engaging stories.  Matthew holds a degree in Film and Television Production from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and in his spare time volunteers for the non-profit organization Peak Potential, which helps children with physical disabilities reach new heights through rock climbing.
